Ashtanga is for You!

Ashtanga yoga is extremely popular. It is a vigorous, athletic style of practice. It appeals to those who like a sense of order and who like to do things independently.

Ashtanga is also an ideal foundation for home practitioners, once they know the sequence of poses.

Vinyasa Flow
A fun mix of asanas linked by smooth vinyasas. The focus changes daily to help boost the metabolic system, improve concentration and to allow a wide range of exercices both meditative and physical for a increased devotional practice and life. 
Open to all levels of practitionners.
Led Ashtanga Class
A class where the students are being guided through a part of the Ashtanga Series. The emphasis is placed on breath, strength, flexibility and movement. Suitable for all.
Mysore Ashtanga Practice
Mysore class is named after the city of Mysore, India where ashtanga yoga originated and is still being taught. Every student is given a series of yoga poses from the Primary Series to practice that are to be done from memory. Each student is working at their own pace and the class is mostly silent.
