Ashtanga, Dharma and Vinyasa Yoga are strong physical practices. Ashtanga consists of a series of Yoga Poses executed without stopping and accompanied by Vinyasa or riding the breath in order to flow from one pose to another.
Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging practice based on Sri Dharma Mittra's 50 years of practice of Classical Yoga to help you move deeper on every level. All these styles are vigorous exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally in order to help you connect to your inner powers. Poses are done at a regular intense pace, and held for a few steady breaths.
